Sarah Singer-Nourie, M.A.

Sarah is equal parts energy that moves people to action + insight to coach directly to what’s needed for transformative shift, all in a way that makes behavioral/mindset change feel easy.

She’s known in varying domains as a master teacher; a coach to coaches, leaders and teams; a maestro facilitator of breakthrough process for individuals and groups; and an acclaimed authority in accelerated learning, human performance, high impact training, and true team culture.

Over the last twenty+ years, her work has sparked breakthroughs for learners, teams and leaders in startups, corporations, school systems, sports teams and community organizations, including some of America’s most dynamic companies like Target, Johnson & Johnson, American Eagle Outfitters, Ulta Beauty, Limited Brands and Bubba Gump Shrimp Co. 

Sarah’s approach opens possibility in learning and growth, creating a bridge between natural talent and human performance… with brain and behavioral research brought to in-the-moment, real life learning. She creates extensive impact, from keynotes to 1:1  executive coaching to broad strategic change initiatives. 

That personal mission of opening possibility for people and organizations despite preconceived limits, began decades ago in education, as a teacher committed  to change the game. Sarah took on the quest of redefining how the experience of learning in schools can happen differently, teaching in her own classroom on the south side of Chicago, while working to change an age-old system from the inside-out. Results there led to more time teaching other teachers than her own students, quickly making clear… causing systemic change meant working with and influencing educators, leaders and organizations.  To her, every leader and team she works with today represents important impact and shift for the countless students, employees, and people their choices touch, both directly and indirectly.  

Sarah is the author of Tap Into Greatness, co-author of Quantum Teaching and contributing author of Disrupt Together and 9 Billion Schools. She is the creator of the training programs Tapping Their Greatness and High Impact Training & Powerful Presentations.

Sarah has a M.A. of  Educational Leadership from Saint Xavier University and a B.A. in Secondary English Education from The Ohio State University. 

She is the founder of Sarah Singer & Co.,  and Ripple Press, and lives in Cincinnati, Ohio with her husband Colin and their three awesome kids.
